Why? Because our reason for doing what we do is different than others. And when we do things Christ's way, the world follows. Now, the world may not realize that it's following, but it is! "Servant Leadership" is becoming a phrase used in secular leadership, but it was being used by Christians for decades prior, and originated with Jesus and the Disciples! Our entire concept of civil rights, equal rights, and women's rights all originated in early Christianity. It may have taken 2,000 years to take root and change the planet, but it has, and it all started with Jesus.

Michel Faulkner's journey is one of transformation, perseverance, and service. A former NFL player with the New York Jets, Faulkner began his athletic career as a standout freshman All-American and four-year starter at Virginia Tech. While he shone on the football field, his life’s calling extended far beyond the gridiron.
After retiring from professional football due to injury, Faulkner redirected his focus to education, ministry, and community service. He earned advanced degrees, worked as Vice President for Urban Outreach at Liberty University, and later moved to New York City, where he became a prominent pastor, serving Harlem and Manhattan congregations for over three decades.
In 2018, Faulkner and his wife, Saria, relocated to Philadelphia. There, he now leads as the Executive Director of the Philadelphia Council of Clergy and serves on the board of Small Things, a nonprofit addressing food insecurity. His weekly podcast, Football, Family & Faith, combines his passion for sports, family values, and faith-based discussions, resonating with listeners across generations.
Faulkner is not only a spiritual leader but also a community advocate, published author, and media commentator. A proud father and grandfather, he recently earned his Doctorate in Ministry from Antioch University and serves as Chaplain for the Upper Merion High School football team. A marathon runner and tireless motivator, Faulkner exemplifies the values of discipline, faith, and resilience in every aspect of his life.
From the NFL to the pulpit and beyond, Michel Faulkner continues to inspire and uplift communities, blending his diverse experiences to make a lasting impact.
